• Abusing our free hosting plan by creating excessive accounts or using resources beyond reasonable limits.
• Abusing the Discord API in ways that rate limit or harm our IPs or infrastructure.
• Violating Discord's Terms of Service while using our services.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of our services.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

4. Suspected Alt Accounts

Hosting Haven reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected alternate ("alt") accounts created to bypass limits, abuse free plans, or otherwise circumvent our policies. This may include suspension, termination, or merging of accounts at our discretion. Users found to be operating multiple accounts for abusive purposes may be permanently banned from our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that harm Hosting Haven or its users, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems or services.
• Using our services for illegal activities, such as hosting malicious software or phishing campaigns.
• Overloading our servers with excessive requests or traffic.

6. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Users must comply with the terms of service of any third-party services they interact with through Hosting Haven, including but not limited to Discord's Terms of Service.

7. Termination of Service

Hosting Haven reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hosting Haven is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Users agree to use our services at their own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

Hosting Haven reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Staff Access and Actions

By using Hosting Haven, you acknowledge and consent that authorized staff may access your server files and data when necessary for support, maintenance, abuse investigations, or to enforce our Terms of Service. Staff may take actions including, but not limited to, suspending, modifying, or deleting user servers or files if required to resolve issues, address violations, or protect the integrity and security of our platform. All such actions are taken at the discretion of Hosting Haven staff and in accordance with our policies.

11. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. Hosting Haven is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Users should use strong, unique passwords and never share their credentials with others.

12. Data Privacy & Backups

Hosting Haven takes reasonable measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee against data loss. While we may perform regular backups, users are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups. Hosting Haven is not liable for any loss of data.

13. Resource Usage Limits

Users must adhere to fair use policies and resource quotas as defined by their selected plan. Excessive use of resources may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of service. Hosting Haven reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive usage.

14. Support Policy

Hosting Haven provides support through designated channels such as Discord & the Client Area. While we strive to respond promptly, response times may vary. Support is provided for issues directly related to our services; we do not guarantee support for third-party software or custom code.

15. Refund Policy

Hosting Haven provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a refund. Refunds will not be issued for abuse of free plans, violation of terms, or after the initial 30-day period.

16. Content Policy

Users may not use Hosting Haven to host or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Hosting Haven reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

17. Service Modifications

Hosting Haven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so in all cases.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first contact Hosting Haven support to seek resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hosting Haven operates. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
