Where your data is stored
Billing data
Account profiles, orders, invoices, payments, support tickets, and payment-method references are stored in our billing platform and related infrastructure. Backups run on a regular schedule, and routine security reviews are performed.
Game server data
Your server files and runtime data live on the infrastructure hosting your service. Some systems are mixed-use environments, meaning your data may reside on the same hardware as other customers' data. However, strict isolation measures are in place to protect your data.
Panel and control data
Server metadata, allocations, and user access are managed by our service management panel and supporting systems.
Website & operational logs
We collect operational logs (such as availability, performance, and security events) needed to run and protect our services. Access to logs is restricted to authorized personnel.
